about

the theme of this record was inspired by the teaching of
"Stopping, Calming, Resting, Healing" by the Ven, Vietnamese Zen Master Thich What Hank, which is Chapter 6 in his book called
"The Heart of the Buddha's Teaching."

all words & music for the songs were written by joshua crane except
"Sometimes People Are Good" by Fred Rogers, (used with permission) verses following the first are invented, you might like to create your own verses, too, "zipping" in whatever human trait has been attracting or averting you, and explore versifying the opposite to loosen mental grasping? also, "Moonshadow" is by Cat Stevens, "For Thou &
Thy Breathe" is music composed by Meyer, Leslie & Goetz (1917) originally tilled "For Me & My Gal," and "Healing Days Are Here Again" is an instrumental guitar rendition of the 1929 composition
"Happy Days Are Here Again" by Ager & Yellen.
